RF Design
RF for Key Design usually consists of the application of RF design techniques for analogue circuitry such as laser rangefinders and broadband amplifiers for non 50-ohm systems. The devices used for such designs can be ICs, bipolar, SiGe, HEMT or whatever is appropriate to the application. Design can be either using S-parameter CAD or Spice simulation.
